Hindustan Copper restarts Kendadih mine


Hindustan Copper has brought back online its Kendadih mine, with an annual output of 225,000 tonnes of copper ore. The copper mine, located in Jharkhand of east India, was shut down “due to economic reasons” in February 2000.

The company also plans to restart its Rakha mine, which sits on 47.19 million tonnes of copper ores with a grade of 0.97% copper, soon.
