Alumetco locks out union workers at Brantford CAW

About 85 Canadian Auto Workers (CAW) union members were locked out early Monday at aluminum auto parts maker Alumetco, according to a local labor leader.
Workers at the Alumetco operations in Brantford, Ontario, voted to join the CAW in April and have been in contract negotiations with Alumetco since early July, according to the union.....
