Asarco, Grupo Mexico mediation talks fail

Court-ordered mediation between Asarco LLC and former parent Grupo Mexico SA de CV has proved fruitless, with the companies unable to reach an agreement after nearly three weeks of discussions.
The case is now on its way back to federal court, sources said, where the judge will either order another round of mediation or decide a settlement himself.....
