Jiangxi tungsten miners halting output

Tungsten miners in Jiangxi province have agreed to halt output until around mid-February to help firm up concentrate prices.
"Our local tungsten industrial association held a meeting in November asking us to halt production from Nov. 15 for three months to strengthen concentrate prices. Some small and medium-sized mines stopped operating shortly afterwards," an executive at China National Nonferrous Metals Import & Export Jiangxi Corp. (JXTC) said.....
