Doha Round making progress but time is running out Lamy

Progress is being made in the Doha Round, but now more than ever "time is running against us," Pascal Lamy, director-general of the World Trade Organization (WTO), warned.

Despite many saying that the Doha Round is beyond resuscitation, Lamy told the general council that negotiations are moving ahead in earnest and are wrestling with the prickly issue of agricultural tariffs. "I think it should be clear to all of us that completing the round is not only technically possible, but....
