President Bush is due to receive a recommendation from the U.S. Trade Representative's Office Thursday on whether to impose duties or other restrictions on imports of welded non-alloy steel pipe from China (AMM, Nov. 21).The hotly contested case included an ITC hearing Sept. 16 that lasted 10 hours.
