SteelBoss operator settles lawsuit, will alter dispute resolution policy

A lawsuit that pitted the operator of steel trading Web site SteelBoss.com against a Sausalito, Calif.,-based steel trader has been resolved with an agreement that the site's dispute resolution policies will be modified.
Both SteelBoss.com and the trader, E&E Steel Group LLC, have issued identical statements that SteelBoss.com and Ken Hensey, the president of Steel Marketing Inc., the Rehoboth Beach, Del.,-based operator of the site, wouldn't become involved with disputes or complaints between members of the site.....
