California unveils initial list of e-cycling program participants

California has posted an initial list of eight companies that will be demolishing cathode ray tube scrap under an electronics recycling program funded by retail-site fees paid by buyers of new computers and televisions.
Certain other types of electronic components also are covered by the program.....
