LCD, plasma TVs added to e-cycle program

California has added televisions with liquid crystal displays (LCDs) or plasma screens to the electronic recycling program that begins next week, funded by fees on new equipment sales.
The state Department of Toxic Substances Control this month issued an emergency regulation broadening the scope of the original program.....
