Timken finalizes purchase of QM Bearings & Power

Timken Co. has completed its previously announced acquisition of QM Bearings & Power Transmission Inc., Ferndale, Wash.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Washington state location will become part of the Process Industries segment of Timken's Bearings and Power Transmission Group. The Power Transmission Group also includes manufacturing facilities....
