SRB to sell off more aluminum

China will sell another 117,000 tonnes of aluminum from state reserves next week as the government tries to ease tight supply and cap price inflation.

This is the second batch of aluminum to be released from reserves recently, following the nearly 95,767 tonnes of aluminum reserves—priced between 14,440 and 15,920 yuan ($2,174 and $2,397) per tonne—sold by the State Reserve Bureau (SRB) at the start of this month.....
