SHANGHAI, China Chinas steel mills raised production slightly in the final third of November after prices stabilized.Crude steel output averaged 1.685 million tonnes per day in the final 10 days of November, up 1.3 percent from nearly 1.664 million tonnes in the previous 10 days but still 16.2-percent below the 2.01-million-tonne peak in late....
