WASHINGTON After 18 years of negotiations, Russia is expected to join the World Trade Organization (WTO) on Friday.
Russias accession meeting is scheduled for Friday afternoon during the WTOs ministerial gathering in Geneva. If successful, Russia will become an official member in mid-January, according to a WTO spokeswoman, putting an end to the 1995 European Union-Russia steel-quota....
