NEW YORK — U.S. and Canadian service centers reported strong aluminum product demand in February due to healthy demand from customers.
"February was a blistering month. Whatever came in went right back out the door," one service center told AMM. "We’re already ahead of last year."
A second service center agreed. "Both our customers and our competitors are saying they’re extremely busy. More quotes are turning into actual orders than six months ago."....
