NEW YORK — SA Recycling LLC is suing a neighboring scrap metal processor in Southern California for allegedly infringing on a patent related to loading containers.
SA Recycling claims in documents filed in U.S. District Court in California that Sun Valley-based Kramar’s Iron & Metal Inc. "infringed on one or more claims of (a patent SA Recycling owns) by loading scrap metal into containers using an apparatus....
