Alcoa announces new chief legal officer, other key management changes

USA-based aluminium producer Alcoa has appointed Audrey Strauss its chief legal officer, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary, with effect from May 1.
Strauss is currently senior litigation partner at New York law firm Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson.
“We are extremely pleased that Audrey will spend the next phase of her distinguished legal career with Alcoa,” chairman and ceo Klaus Kleinfeld said in a statement.
