Castle names Stephens interim chief exec as Goldberg resigns

CHICAGO — Metals processor and distributor A.M. Castle & Co. has named Scott F. Stephens as the company’s interim chief executive officer. He replaces Michael H. Goldberg, who resigned as president, chief executive officer and director.
Stephens will retain his previous position as chief financial officer.....
