Alcoa might take ownership of Evermore

NEW YORK Alcoa Inc. is willing to take over Evermore Recycling LLC as a wholly owned entity, it said after Novelis Inc. announced plans to exit the joint-venture company.
The Pittsburgh-based company was informed of Novelis decision to quit the venture in December 2011, and would be prepared to bring Evermore under the Alcoa banner, an Alcoa spokesman told AMM Thursday.....
