PITTSBURGH — A judge will hold a hearing Friday to determine whether Bank of America NA can take possession of an auto shredder from a troubled Indiana metals recycler.
Last fall, Bank of America filed a lawsuit against Gary, Ind.-based Summit Inc.—also operating as Alpha Scrap Inc. and Lake County Trust Co.—in an attempt to recoup more than $5.5 million in defaulted loans (amm.com, Sept. 16).....
