CHICAGO Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP said it plans to build a 27-mile, 12-inch-diameter lateral pipeline to extend its existing crude condensate pipeline.
The extension is part of a $90-million project that also includes adding new storage and offloading capacity at its stations in Dewitt and Wharton counties in Texas.....
