Source Recycling refutes poaching claims

NEW YORK — Source Recycling LLC is refuting claims that its management poached staff and customers from Wise Recycling LLC, also revealing that it has opened a second North Carolina site.
Source Recycling executive vice president of business development Gary Curtis, formerly president of Wise Recycling, told AMM that his company is "categorically denying 100 percent of the allegations" made in a lawsuit by Wise Metals Group LLC (amm.com, June 29).
Muscle Shoals, Ala.-based Wise filed the suit in Johnston County (N.C.) Superior Court in June alleging that Source Recycling employees "used confidential and proprietary information obtained as Wise Recycling employees to terminate Wise’s business relationships and switch commercial and industrial accounts from Wise Recycling to Source Recycling."....
