China's ferroalloys production logs 7.3-percent increase in August

SHANGHAI, China — Chinese ferroalloys output rose 7.3 percent month on month in August.

Output averaged 87,742 tonnes per day in August, up from 81,774 tonnes per day in July, National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) data show. This took total output for the month to 2.72 million tonnes, up 25.6 percent year....
