CHICAGO — Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. has acquired alloy steel bar and heavy-wall tubing distributor Sunbelt Steel Texas LLC as it looks to continue boosting its exposure in the energy sector.
The Los Angeles-based metals service center said Wednesday that current Sunbelt management, including president Michael Kowalski, would remain in place, and the company would operate as a Reliance subsidiary.....
