NEW YORK High-carbon ferrochrome prices continue to weaken in the domestic market as consumption levels have failed to reach expectations.
"Nobodys buying what they would normally buy," one trader said, adding that with little positive economic news on the horizon, most sellers are eager to lock in any existing business. "Its better to sell now....
