NEW YORK Lead demand in the United States is expected to be 3.9 percent higher this year and inch up another 0.6 percent in 2013, while domestic zinc demand is expected to be up 1.8 percent in 2012 and rise 1.1 percent in 2013, according to the International Lead and Zinc Study Group (ILZSG).....
