Commerce to probe ferrosilicon dumping

NEW YORK — The U.S. Department of Commerce has initiated anti-dumping duty investigations into imports of ferrosilicon from Russia and Venezuela.

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is scheduled to make its preliminary injury determinations on or before Sept. 3.
