Highlander buys aluminum extruder

NEW YORK Private equity firm Highlander Partners LP has acquired the aluminum extrusion assets of Profile Extrusion Co.
The aluminum operations will continue to operate from Profiles Rome, Ga., location as Profile Custom Extrusions LLC (PCE), Dallas-based Highlander said in a statement.
Highlander principal Mark Blanchat will take over as PCE chairman, while general manager David Newby will continue to lead the business as president and the rest of the management team will remain in place.....
