MANA, union workers still at odds on labor agreement

NEW YORK Talks between local union representatives and management at Max Aicher North America Ltd.s (MANA) bar mill in Hamilton, Ontario, remain stalled more than a year after unionized workers at the inactive mill rejected a labor contract offer.
Management at the MANA rebar and rod facility obtained an injunction from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on June 10 to prevent former mill employees from blocking contractors from entering the facility.....
