Commerce asked to rule on zinc nail imports

NEW YORK — A scope ruling has been requested on certain zinc drive nail anchors from China, according to a filing with the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA).

Cobra Anchors Co. Ltd. has asked that its product—manufactured by Hui Yang Xinxu Lian Qing Umbrella Fty. and imported by Canadian affiliate Cobra Anchors Corp.—be considered outside the existing dumping duty order on steel nails from China.
